Sourcing Specialist (Talent Acquisition Partner)

At Hoag, we are looking for a Sourcing Specialist (Talent Acquisition Partner) to help attract talent, who match our organization's mission and values. As a Sourcing Specialist, you work alongside our recruiters to help contribute to our expanding business needs. Building talent pipelines, creating successful outreach/engagement strategies, and sourcing for uniquely qualified candidates are just few activities you’ll be working on as you position Hoag as a premier career destination.


What You Will Do:
-    Understanding the organization's current and future needs. 
-    Working in a process-orientated environment, driven by historical and evolving data. 
-    Encouraged by individual and team targets  
-    Mining Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
-    Responsible for identifying qualified applicants for hard-to-fill, niche positions and present a diverse candidate slate to support business diversity and inclusion efforts with active and passive candidates.
-    Eager to build a deeper understanding of clinical and non-clinical roles in the healthcare industry. 
 
Qualifications:
Required
-    Bachelor’s Degree. 
-    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, capable of offering solutions to various challenges that require a degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation, and navigate effectively in a matrix environment. Must be detailed oriented, and proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, 
-    Proven track record of succeeding in a fast-paced environment . 
 
Preferred
-    1 year minimum of Recruiting or HR experience – healthcare .
-    Certification(s): PHR, AIRS (CIR, CSSR, ACIR, CSMR, PRC). 
-    Previous experience working in SuccessFactors or other ATS experience.
