SUPERVISOR ACCRED & REG COMPL - QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Salary Range: $59.7100 - $92.3000 /hour. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, skill level, and education.

The Supervisor, Accreditation & Regulatory Compliance is responsible for collaboratively leading and coordinating accreditation and regulatory agency surveys, inspections, plan of corrections and quality improvement related to accreditation and regulatory compliance.  The Supervisor arranges and provides training as appropriate to maintain the highest level of compliance and accreditation.  Supervisor oversees the ISO audit program under the direction of the Senior Principal, Regulatory Compliance and Corporate Facilities.  Supervisor acts as a resource for the organization regarding regulatory standards, waivers, flexes and coordinates with the licensing & Safety Officer for licensing inspections and compliance.  Works collaboratively with the Quality department, as well as all licensed facilities/ entities.

This position serves as liaison to external agencies, such as DNV, California Department of Public Health, Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree required

At least 5 years working in hospital setting in regulatory, operational, nursing or clinical role

At least 3 years experience in leadership role in accreditation, regulatory compliance

Extensive knowledge of Title 22, Health & Safety Code applicable to hospital setting, Cal/OSHA, CMS 42 CFR required. 

DNV NIAHO and ISO 9001 knowledge preferred.  CARF knowledge preferred.
