Salary Range: $67.1400 - $103.2200 /hour. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, skill level, and education.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities 

 

The Hoag Digital Health team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, vision and execution of specific products within our digital portfolio. This role works closely with UX/Design and Engineering teams as well as partners with adjacent teams across the organization to deliver experiences and products that shape the future of Hoag’s Healthcare. The Senior Product Manager is an integral part of a highly cross-functional team working with world class medical professionals, designers, and engineers to help innovate and address the challenges within the healthcare space. You must be comfortable translating customer needs to product solutions from start to finish. Writes detailed, well-organized requirements and user stories that can be used to design product specifications. 

  

Delivers important Digitally forward healthcare products by being a thought leader and diving deep with technical teams. The Sr Product Manager has a passion for mobile app experiences and brings analytical rigor to the team. This role works backwards from the customer and thinks through the translation of customer needs to technical solutions with the help of engineering & design partners. Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application. 

 

Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and external factors. Works closely with teams to deliver products to market. Facilitates meetings and provides excellent written and verbal presentations. Perform other duties as assigned. 

  

Education and Experience 

 

  • Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent experience required 

  • Nine (9) plus years of product management experience within leading consumer products and/or Health-Tech organizations required 

  • Experience delivering enterprise level employee and consumer facing mobile and web applications, familiarity with user experience and interactive design best practices required 

  • Experience planning, managing, and leading complex technology projects in a high-paced, fast-changing work environment, leading the team through issue resolution during the entire development lifecycle required. Experience planning and leading software release cycles including prioritizing features, coordinating schedules across platforms, coordinating user testing, and communication with stakeholders on roadmaps, delivery status, and change management details required 

  • Demonstrated ability to work with stakeholders to clarify business problems, identify process/user experience improvement opportunities, and represent business interests during the design and development of technology solutions required 

  • Proven ability to write detailed business requirements intended for software engineering, UI/UX design, and track record of working with engineering/design to create technology solutions required 

  • Ability to collaborate with software engineering teams to reduce technical debt, introduce new technologies, and migrate to new architectures required. Excellent meeting facilitation, written, verbal, and presentation skills required 

  • Experience using Agile development methodologies and familiarity using JIRA/Confluence to document business requirements and organizing work into Epics, User Stories, (writing Acceptance Criteria is a plus), preferred
