Primary Duties and Responsibilities


The Member concierge is the face of Hoag Concierge Medicine practice and works cooperatively with the practice team to deliver five-star care to our patients. S/he ensures that every interaction between the patient and practice reflects the values of Hoag Concierge Medicine’s excellent service. S/he owns the patient experience during their interaction and is responsible for creating a positive first impression for the patient. The Member concierge anticipates and understands the needs of the patients, and coordinates with the Hoag Concierge Medicine medical team to go above and beyond expectations.

Key Essential Functions include:

  • Own the Patient Experience by creating positive and pristine environment and superb customer service skills
  • Support business development activities through patient follow-up, administer family add-ons and customer referrals, scheduling facility tours, and reporting on patient sales activities
  • Manage the Practice calendar ensuring is up to date and accurate, patient reminders, and scheduling revisions
  • Appropriately manage patient data in the EMR and CRM systems
  • Manage general office duties such as supplies, mail, faxes and phone calls


Education and Experience



High School Graduate or equivalent education and experience required

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, required


Minimum two (2) years’ experience in sales office support, high-end hospitality or customer service focused role



Knowledge of healthcare database systems

Understanding of insurance procedures
