MANAGER SITE III - NEWPORT BEACH PAIN/SPINE

Salary Range: $48.1900 - $79.5400 /hour. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, skill level, and education.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Under the general direction of the Director of Site Operations, the Site Manager is responsible for daily operations a medical site location that provides ambulatory patient care services. The Site Manager is responsible for overall planning, development, coordination, implementation and management of all medical office administrative functions and related medical office activities. The primary focus of the position includes day to day operations, communication, ensuring staff provide high quality, cost effective care and patient focused services to patients. The Site Manager manages the resources of the organization and works collaboratively with the Physician Site Director for their location(s) as needed.

 

Education and Experience

Required:

Manager Site III

  • 10 or more providers and/or overseeing two or more urgent care offices/locations
  • 3-5 years of experience in Ambulatory Care Leadership position
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field required, or comparable years of experience
  • Ability to write detailed policies, procedures and reports required to comply with DNV, JCAHO, CDPH, Federal and State of California Standards

Preferred:

Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN)
