FDN MANAGER GRATEFUL PATIENT PROGRAM - FINANCE & OPERATIONS

Salary Range: $41.9200 - $69.1600 /hour. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, skill level, and education.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The Manager of the Grateful Patient Program will collaborate with development professionals, executive stakeholders, and internal teams to execute a dynamic Grateful Patient Program for the Hoag Hospital Foundation (HHF). This role will manage moderately complex to complex business problems and requirements to define system functionality and business processes to further advance the program. The Manager will be responsible to manage future state implementations. The Manager performs a critical role in the success of the Grateful Patient Program.

Key Responsibilities:

 

Grateful Patient Program Planning & Execution:

  • Analyze a spectrum of data driven insights to develop and manage a dynamic program, including assignment of all Grateful Patient records to the development professionals.
  • Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resources, to ensure successful delivery of system or process advancement.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute deliverables, ensuring alignment with the foundation’s strategic goals and objectives.
  • Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges.

 

Stakeholder Communication & Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including the Executive Director of Advancement Services, Development teams, and other departments.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather requirements, address concerns, and ensure program alignment.

 

Risk Management & Problem Solving:

  • Identify potential program risks and issues and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them.

 

Program Documentation & Reporting and Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, ensuring documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Grateful Patent Program processes, incorporating feedback and lessons learned from completed optimizations.
  • Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends and apply this knowledge to enhance program delivery and outcomes.

 

Education and Experience

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing moderate projects (or project work streams) in a non-profit or healthcare setting.
  • Experience working with or managing projects involving integration of multiple applications, and the ability to serve as the liaison between technical resources and business customers (Salesforce ascend, Microsoft Power BI, Epic strongly preferred)
  • Experience working in healthcare, advancement services, nonprofits, or similar field
