Salary Range: $63.7300 - $105.1500 /hour. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, skill level, and education.

 

The Senior Marketing Manager owns and leads the marketing strategy for the assigned Health Institute. Develops and executes comprehensive marketing strategies. Oversees brand management, digital marketing, advertising, and market research for the Institute. Applies extensive marketing experience and ability to deliver successful core marketing campaigns.

 

  • Develop/implement comprehensive marketing strategies in alignment with Enterprise marketing goals.
  • Drive Growth strategies to deliver qualified leads to the specified Institute. 
  • Conduct market research and analysis gaining insights to the specific needs of the Institute and services provided.
  • Drive awareness & engagement. Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns focused on relevant demographics across all channels including digital, social media, print, and events. 
  • Develop & manage short and long-lead Institute content calendars.
  • Analyze performance, determine channel and social strategy for optimal performance across platforms. Produce high quality regular reporting. 
  • Identify & manage implementation of new social content opportunities; maintain real-time control of all social/web platforms and content narrative.
  • Grow awareness, engagement, and content syndication by identifying opportunities with audiences through thought-leading digital & non-digital strategies.
  • Plan Institute event content capture and guide curators’/writers’ content for publishing in real-time.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals, researchers, and creatives, ensuring marketing initiatives align with best practice.
  • Develop/maintain a strong brand identity ensuring a consistent, compelling messaging.
  • Lead creative and engaging healthcare content production, blog articles, videos, infographics, and social media posts. Deliver full creative/campaign briefs and strategic direction of all campaigns/tactics. 
  • Leverage data & analytics to track campaign effectiveness, evaluate KPIs, make data-driven decisions to optimizing strategies.
  • Stay up to date with trends, research and identify new opportunities. 
  • Mentor the team, provide guidance, feedback, and professional development.
  • Collaborate with external partners, healthcare organizations & community groups. Raise brand visibility and reach.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Education and Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Advanced degree is preferred. 
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the marketing industry managing marketing channels and producing creative campaigns.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies & campaigns
  • A portfolio highlighting key campaigns that you have delivered which drove results
  • Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative and impactful marketing campaigns.

Preferred:

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex healthcare information to a diverse audience.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
