In this role, you will drive our evolving marketing strategy by working with internal and external partners on the brand strategy and development, advancing our go-to market plan, coordinating messaging and timelines across all projects, and proactively connecting the dots across teams to ensure clarity and alignment. You will be the driving force across our digital and marketing efforts.
Responsibilities
Oversee the design, creation, and implementation of end-to-end digital marketing efforts for all new product development, creative assets, service offerings, and discount opportunities.
Manage projects and collaborate with external agencies, consultants, in-house personnel, on all marketing-related resources, brand/portfolio messaging, integrated communication plans, key assets, regional toolkits, and digital, social, web, and SEO efforts.
Build out and deploy approved digital marketing strategies on HubSpot and/or other marketing platforms (i.e. MailChimp, Social Media Platforms)
Follow emerging service developments, trade tools, and healthcare offerings to inform clients and attract new prospects.
Supervise the deployment of all content, including website copy, blog posts, mailers, sales collateral, white papers, social media posts, product brochures and member case studies.
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and work with solution consultants and R&D teams to generate product requirements and business cases that lead to products with strong value propositions and pricing strategies
Create a series of customer-centric journey maps that can be used cross-departmentally to enhance the member experience
Establish, create, analyze, and optimize digital ad campaigns
Support business analysis and reporting, results tracking, lessons learned, and continuous improvement assessments
Build proactive and reactive competitive responses and action plans throughout strategy development
Employ comprehensive SEO strategies that keep the omo brand relevant and ranking among top online search results\
Lead market research and voice-of-customer activities to ensure omo has a good understanding of our customers’ needs and that we translate them into the right products with strong value propositions.
Identify research needs and market trends, execute studies and projects, analyze competitive activity, and other toolkits to enhance our digital channels and efforts.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, business administration, healthcare, or equivalent experience
Seasoned professional, comfortable being the swiss-army-knife of all thing’s product marketing
Brilliant content creator that inspires audiences to action
Strong presentation and communication skills are required
Identifier and embracer of key opportunities for digitization and marketing automation
Highly proficient with existing marketing tools and SaaS platforms such as HubSpot (or other CRM), Intercom, Notion, Canva, Slack, G Suite, Confluence, Salesforce, and Zendesk
Prior experience managing agencies is preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word tools as well as Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides tools
Expert Ecommerce strategist with a deep understanding of Search-Engine Optimization
Expertise in healthcare market trends and leading industry practices
Confident in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, start-up environment
Experience with group purchasing organization models and knowledge of non-acute healthcare is a plus
Ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time is required
