Salary Range: $73.29 - $120.93 /hour. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, skill level, and education.

 

The Director of Marketing Programs oversees the marketing strategy for all Institutes and programs, drives the strategic direction of marketing efforts, and develops and implements comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. This role manages budgets, leads a team of marketing professionals, and collaborates across departments to ensure a cohesive brand message while maximizing the impact of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a strong strategic mindset, extensive marketing experience, and exceptional leadership qualities.

 

  • Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives. This includes market research, competitive analysis, brand strategy, and setting long-term marketing vision for the Institutes and programs.
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing experts, setting clear objectives, providing ongoing feedback and development opportunities, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI across all marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with other departments, across the organization to ensure marketing strategies are integrated, prioritized to match Enterprise objectives, and support overall business goals.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they meet targets and are consistent with the brand’s voice and objectives.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, market trends, and customer insights. Provide regular reports to executive leadership with performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for strategic adjustments.
  • Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing materials and communications. Guide the development of brand messaging, positioning, and value propositions.
  • Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing efforts.
  • Stay abreast of the latest marketing trends and technologies. Encourage innovation within the team to explore new marketing tactics and tools.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

 

Education and Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 plus years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing a marketing department.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that have driven business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills, experience in marketing metrics and reporting.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, proven ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to articulate vision and strategy at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience managing a marketing budget and allocating resources efficiently.
  • Deep understanding of current marketing trends, digital marketing strategies, and customer engagement tactics.

  • Experience in the Healthcare Industry is a plus.
