Job Description:


Performs general accounting functions for the department. Knowledgeable of GAAP principles and OSHPD guidelines for financial preparation essential. Maintains a working knowledge of departmental standard operating procedures. Projects an image of professionalism in communication, appearance and conduct.


Education, Training, or Experience


Bachelors Degree in Accounting



Minimum of 2 years experience in general and/or Hospital/healthcare accounting experience desirable but not mandatory.


Skills or Other Qualifications


Working knowledge of mainframe general ledger systems and Software 2000. Microcomputer experience required (Excell,Word), 10 key by touch, good written and oral communication, interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and ability to follow instructions.
